Event Details
Learn skills to relieve stress related to school, grades, peers, etc. and build resilience to face struggles and stressors in life. Participants will gain practical skills to manage pressures of being a teen! Dinner will be provided.
Please note: this is an 8 week, ongoing event, where participants will build on skills learned week to week.
