Reserve a Room (by room)

Conference Room A is located on the second floor of the library and must be reserved with a library card or guest pass.  It is equipped with a table, chairs, and a flat screen monitor attached to the wall that can accommodate plugin devices. This room also houses the library's genealogy resources.

Conference Room B is located on the second floor of the library and must be reserved with a library card or guest pass.  It is equipped with a table, chairs, and a flat screen monitor attached to the wall that can accommodate plugin devices. 

Conference Room C is located on the second floor of the library and must be reserved with a library card or guest pass.  It is equipped with a table, chairs, and a flat screen monitor attached to the wall that can accommodate plugin devices. 

Conference Room D is located on the second floor of the library and must be reserved with a library card or guest pass.  It is equipped with a table, chairs, and a flat screen monitor attached to the wall that can accommodate plugin devices. 

Conference Room F is located on the second floor of the library and must be reserved with a library card or guest pass.  It is equipped with a table, chairs, and a flat screen monitor attached to the wall that can accommodate plugin devices. 

Conference Room G is located on the second floor of the library and must be reserved with a library card or guest pass.  It is equipped with a table, chairs, and a flat screen monitor attached to the wall that can accommodate plugin devices. 

Conference Room H is located on the second floor of the library and must be reserved with a library card or guest pass.  It is equipped with a table, chairs, and a flat screen monitor attached to the wall that can accommodate plugin devices. 

Lounge B is located on the second floor of the library and is considered an open-air lounge. This mean that there is one-side completely open to the library's lobby below.

At this station you can use the Cricut machine to cut out or draw designs for crafts and other projects. We provide the Cricut, cutting mats, pens, large and small heat presses, a hat press, a mug press, and a heat pad. You will need to provide the material you wish to cut and the object (hat, shirt, mug, etc.) that you'd like to apply your design to. 12" x 12" and 12" x 24" cutting mats in light, standard, and strong grip are available. 

At this station you can scan printed photographs, photo negatives, photo slides, and documents to a digital format. You can also convert vinyl and cassette tapes to a digital format. You can then burn the digital file to a CD, save it to a flash drive, or upload it to an online drive. Audio conversion is a real-time conversion, so the play time of the audio source is the amount of time it will take to convert. 

At this station you can use microphones and headphones to record and edit audio. Recordings can be saved to an online drive or to a flash drive. 

At this station, you can convert VHS, 8mm reel-to-reel, and Super 8 reel-to-reel video to a digital format. You can then burn the digital file to a DVD, save it to a flash drive, or upload it to an online drive. Video conversion for VHS is a real-time conversion, so the play time of the video source is the amount of time it will take to convert. The 8mm reel-to-reel and Super 8 reel-to-reel may take longer than the length of the content on the reel. Blank DVDs can be purchased from the library for $2 each.
