This 8-week Mind-Body Skills Group provides a supportive, small-group setting where participants learn and practice evidence-based techniques to build personal resilience. The group will explore mind-body tools such as guided imagery, movement, and breathing exercises to support physical and emotional well-being and stress reduction.
